MACOSX Install on a Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L and Intel 5200 CPU. Both HDD and DVD is on SATA and I disabled the serial and parallel ports in the BIOS. I used ipc 10.5.6 PPF 5 disk. Afterwards I used the osx86 tools to get the sound to work.
