2 hours to set up a OSx86 system. If you earn enough in 2 hours to buy a mac, then you can say just buy a mac.

I got my sound drivers installed using osx86 tool, os x recognizes my sound card and it lets me adjust my volume, however i still cant here any sound… can anyone help?

Your 8200 should work fine with drivers listed in my other video. ALC888s might vary due to different southbridges.

hey darkspear, this is fabulous. i appreciate your work greatly.

i’ve installed a few varieties of osx on my amd machine, and sound and video remain the problem. i have an integrated nvidia geforce 8200 256ram and realtek alc888s hd audio — these seem like they should be easy to install!

basically i’m just wondering, is there a way to experiment without having to reinstall upon every difficulty? and, which method of getting my sound and video working would you recommend?

maybe you can help me out…

i installed OSX 86 tiger on my acer aspire 5100 laptop and it works great! but its a bitter sweet victory for me because the mouse for some reason, when is clicked it jumps to the corner of the screen, it moves about fine but is only when it is clicked, it jumps into the corner of the screen, rendering the mouse useless!

so now its pretty hard to do anything at all, i had to learn all the hot keys and ect to navigate about the OS

is there any way to fix this??

  • DarkSpearXz says:

If this is a laptop, please try using iATKOS 4.1a for AMD.

  • SCgolfer655 says:

ok i have no idea how to figure that out but i got cpu-z and on mainboard it says

    Manufacturer- Acer
    Model- WMCP78M
    Chipset- NVIDIA nForce 720a
    Southbridge- nVIDIA ID075C
    LpCIO- ITE IT87818

and if you want my bios i know its a Pheonix Technologie, LTD
    and the versiion is R01-a2

if you need more info send me a message or reply on here
